Pros
Cons
Wordpress Android App allows you to edit your Wordpress blog, either self hosted or Wordpress.com from Android phones. It actually is a fork for Dan Roundhill’s wpToGo Android App, with virtually the same features except a few add-ons. One of the biggest perks; in time this app will grow to be a great open source app as just as the blogging platform is; 3rd party developers will be able to write plugins for the app.
Create and edit blog posts either locally, post a draft or publish to the blog. Moderate comments, and even create and edit Pages. Within the posts you can do limited formatting and add images from your phone. With this iteration, you can edit your WordPress.com hosted blog as well.

Should you Download WordPress for Android? Blogger? WordPress Blogger? Yuppers!

We didn’t mean the app’s origin as a con but that the official app is basically wpToGo with a few enhancements… no dramatic differences.
I run a couple of wordpress blogs and just got the Eris, so I’ll be downloading this to try out for remote/event reporting.
Thanks for the detailed reviews – this is the 2nd wordpress app review I’ve read here.
