Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Good old fashion word search puzzle game!
- Good time-waster game you can pick up and play!
Cons
Features:
Word Search Puzzles brings back the nostalgia of those word game puzzles you completed in the classroom or find in the back of airplane magazines and newspapers. It’s the same concept of solving words from scrambled letters in vertical, horizontal, or diagonal placements. You can choose from various word themes (love, birds, countries, etc.) and game board sizes, however, I feel the letters can be quite tiny and drawing the lines can be frustrating… so take that into consideration if you have vision problems. This game slightly enhances the pen and pad game with recording the time it takes you to find each word and an overall game completion timer. These are taken into consideration against other players online via the ScoreLoop network, so you an reach achievements like average time per word and more. Lastly, it automatically saves your last game’s progress so you can pick up where you left off.

Fun Factor & Addictive:
Word Search Puzzle is a casual dose of fun; a great way to kill some time.
Graphics:
Graphics are usually never a factor in word search puzzle games, however, this app spices things up with colorful background graphics with white text. My only gripe is that the larger puzzles can be hard to see for those with poor vision. I would even offer a suggestion to the developer to allow pinch zooming for those who need to zoom into the details more.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
There is a small chime when you slide the word to solve correctly or in error, of course you can mute this at the main screen.
