What happens when you mix technology with plushies? You get an adorable over sized hugable Android! Our friends over at Squishable are about to launch a new oversized plushie of our own beloved Android and it can be yours before any of your friends! Just comment below from October 1st to October 8th on why you need to have 15″ of Android love in your life (or your girlfriend’s life, or wife’s, or kid’s, etc.) and we will pick and announce a winner on October 9th!

You really should make it so I view your reviews without having to enter something here. No matter what I do to get to the root of your site.. i cant get beyond this stupid toy. nice job.

I consider myself to be a pretty low-key nerd girl type, who doesn’t typically squee at the sight of a tiny Hello Kitty handbag, but as soon as my browser loaded the Squishable droid, I distinctly heard a high-pitched voice coming out of my mouth that said “ZoMyGod! That is SOOO CUTE!!!”.
To tell you the truth, it was rather disturbing…..

Why do I need one of these? Because, my friends all say it is way to weird that I snuggle up to my MOTO DROID when I am no the couch. Maybe they would be a little more understanding if I had a little green plush Android…of course it could lead to even more embarrassing stories. Either way though it would be cool in my book.

Android really is so great,
Me and that toy has to be fate,
If you were nice and gave me the toy,
I would be a happy boy..

It would match great with my phone,
and I would never leave it alone,
all because of this little poem,
it could mean it was all my own.

Its just something I’d love to have,
It can even help me with my sat nav..
So if I got it I’d be grateful,
Even though some people might be hateful..
They could travel across a map,
Or try to buy one with an ebay app,
Maybe they could even write a better rap,
but it wouldn’t say how they love Android Tapp

I neeeeeeeeeeeeed to have an Android squishable in MY life!!! I was 100% pro Apple until my handy dandy little EVO came into my life. Now I dedicate my days converting unhappy iPhoners and SmartPhone users over to Android! I run my own private EVO group on FB (called: the rEVOlution) where I post news of the hottest, coolest, sexiest apps every day. I want my own Squishy to put into the passenger seat of my Benz so my little EVOnian can ride next to me everyday as I show it off to the world.

My wife and I, who got married last year but were unable at the time to arrange any kind of reception, will be holding the belated reception on October 9, and getting her a plush Android would be a great capper to that day. She’s a big kid at heart (as am I), and her tolerance in indulging my Android geek-outs should be duly rewarded.

My fiance and I got Droid Incredibles as our first step into droid-dom and we love them. We’re always finding new things we can do with them, it’s been a lot of fun and helped bring us even closer. We’d love to have a little Droid to go with our Domo-kun plushie, he needs a pal too!

If you put aside all of the above reasons that also apply to me (Love for android, being a total evangelist for it, showing off to the friends at work where we have a complete Android vs. Apple rivalry, etc.), my girlfriend saw this and gave the ultimate reason…

We should get it because it’s green.

I really don’t see how you can argue with that logic.

Because I need to finally come out to the world that i am an undercover geek. I think this will help with the healing process after my wife and kids finish laughing at out much more of a geek I truly am!
