What’s New in HTC Hero Android 2.1 Update

Unfortunately the update did not release on May 7th as anticipated, but did May 11th.
Sprint reportedly plans to release an Android 2.1 upgrade to the HTC Hero May 7th. We’ve listed what’s new in android 2.1 when Verizon finally released the update for the Motorola DROID recently. Over-the-Air (OTA) updates like the one planned are typically done in waves over the span of a few weeks.
