Vlingo Android App “ActionBar” Integrates with Kayak, Fandango and OpenTable

Vlingo’s new “ActionBar” allows you to type request in addition to speaking them and the app now integrates voice actions with Kayak, Fandango and OpenTable. So you can say things like:

“Hotels in Seattle for tomorrow night”
“Where is Harry Potter playing?”
“Find Italian restaurants nearby”
“Where can I get a burrito?”

…which opens the respective Android apps and inputs what you said or performs the functions. Cool! 8) These voice actions are in addition to the already cool and convenient offering their app and widget Vlingo Assistant and InCar add-on offer. Download or upgrade to the new version of Vlingo to check out the new features.
