In its Gmail blog today, Google announced a much-needed feature to it’s mobile version of Gmail. The company has added an “undo” to some of the more common actions, including archive, delete, add/remove labels and moving a message or conversation. Instead of having to go through the trash bin to find the email you hit the wrong button and deleted, now a yellow bar at the bottom will allow you to undo the action for a few seconds immediately following it.
For now, according to the blog, the feature is limited to the browser version of Gmail on Android and iOS, but with luck it will be rolled out to the app versions in the very near future.
