I use the Twidroid Pro ap all the time.
Very good ap for this phone.

I agree with the guy above. The beta dialog box makes me suspicious that they will try to sell you a copy as soon as the market let’s them. If I were you I would try out aTweeter it let’s you get more then 50 tweets but less then 100 you can save to your sd card and it will automatically translate tweets for you! So if you wanted to follow someone that speaks another language you can! Or try one of the other twitter apps on the g1. Just don’t be surprised when twidroid comes knocking on your door asking you for a couple bucks. Research the guy who wrote it he makes enough money trust me…

this app is lame when it comes to posting pictures and the interface itself. For one the pictures you upload end up as lower quality on the proprietary site they built to host the pics. If you can’t host quality pics why do it in the first place. Write an xml parser and integrate with twitpic like atweeter for G1 does. The interface when it comes to interacting with tweets is bad because the reply and direct buttons are hard to touch so you are left with the scroll ball to navigate. The entire point of these phones is to touch the screen! What is the point of writing an application with a webview for a website based service. It also pops up an annoying dialog box every once in a while telling you that you are using a beta application. Write it in the title and be done with it. I hope its not a sign of these guys planning on selling this app for any amount of money when the market starts allowing it. Whatever you do don’t pay for something you can get for free! especially something that is supposed to be free in the first place like twitter. Do you see any other twitter clients charging for their software. Maybe on the iphone which is where these guys should take their hopes and dreams for scamming people out of their money…

Folks, snake oil con artists had flashy billboards on the side of their carts too. Don’t get scammed.

I really like this app so far. My only complaint .. when I attach a photo with text, the text seems to vanish. Nice app.
