TV.com Android App rocks! If you’re familiar with U.S. television channel (the one that airs the NFL Super Bowl) then you’ll be familiar with it show lineup and maybe subsidiary channels. Get access to those episodes while mobile with virtually no commercial breaks. Choose from many shows like CSI, Survivor, Beverly Hills 90210, Star Trek Original, and more. Channels featured are CBS, the CW, Showtime, CNET, CBS Sports Mobile, CBS News, Gamespot, Classic TV, StupidVideos.com, Movie Trailers, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Web Shows and Chow. All this for free, no monthly or annual subscription fees. When viewing most shows, you can browse and skip chapters like DVD menus, plus read show information like interactive TV guides.
A good source of entertainment when you’re not glued to the tube. Can be handy to catch up on shows or reruns. More cool factor than anything!

User dependent most likely sparingly used. Great for commuting (provided you can hold a 3G connection throughout).
There is a cool interactive interface for browsing shows, plus on-screen chapter menu options while viewing.

Meh, I didn’t find any full episodes of any shows I want to watch.
But what I really don’t like about this app is that it didn’t do what I expected. I expected to have access to all the great INFORMATION on TV.com. I go there all the time to get episode lists/descriptions, cast information, etc. I find they frequently have more information than IMDB does, and when it comes to TV it’s much better presented.
But nope! None of that is there. Just selected videos for show I don’t care about…

This is almost perfect. The app interface is great, though the subscription side needs a bit of a tweak. The content is good enough to reliably kill an hour at need.
They need to plug this front end into Hulu. The level of content there is much stonger. That could reliably kill 4 weeks at need.

this app is no longer in the market. Even tried direct download from my phone.
Good App with Major problem for Motorola Cliq phones, it only handles rotation in one direction (the wrong way). For Cliq phones, this orients the rotation so that the show is over the power adapter port. Not a good thing if you want to charge your phone while watching a show.
I just downloaded it, will let you all know how it goes..
