Pros & Cons:

- The background changes based on the season, time of day and your current weather!
- It will give you the current temperature and forecast!
Cons
- I had some force close issues when trying to use some of the features.
Features:
True Weather, Waterfalls is a very nice live wallpaper with a cascading waterfall, that changes based on the time of day, the season and the current weather conditions for your location. The sun (or moon) move across the screen as the day progresses, for a very nice overall effect.
The wallpaper also has the current temperature and forecast, which you can customize in the settings. You can choose to show more or less information, and you can adjust where it falls on the screen. You can even control whether it moves across the screen or stayed in a static place. To be honest, I found that it got cut off when I tried it as a static placement, but when it was moving, it worked just fine.
Some advanced things you can do is set it up to change to upcoming forecast on a double tap, or a variety of other weather-related information. To be honest, this is one of the few places I had issues with the app. When I tried some of those more advanced things, like switching between types on information on double-taps, the wallpaper force-closed and went to a black screen until I force-closed and restarted it. I had similar issues during setup trying to put all the information on the screen, but when I scaled it back a bit, and didn’t use the double-tap feature, it worked fine.
In terms of battery life, I was pretty impressed. You can adjust how often it checks for weather, which helps, but even on the default provider and settings (Google Weather, checking every 30 minutes) I didn’t notice a drain any more or less than I have with other live wallpapers. There will be some drain based on the nature of a live wallpaper versus a static one, but True Weather did a good job of managing its power usage, and the ability to adjust what it pulls and how often will help you customize it even further if you need to.

Usefulness:
If you want to know the weather, but don’t want to use up home screen space with a widget, this is actually a good option. It keeps the weather and current conditions right there, easy to see at a glance. Plus it adds a personal scenic touch to your Android!
Ease of Use:
There are a surprisingly large amount of settings to play with and adjust, but they were easy to figure out and adjust.
Frequently Used:
Once you set it up to your liking, you won’t be in adjusting it often, but because it is your wallpaper, you’ll look at it every time you open your device.
Interface:
The settings were arranged like any other settings menu, and were well-marked and easy to navigate.
