Pros
Cons
Plume (formerly Touiteur) Android App allows you to social network which a Twitter account or Twitter accounts in a very organized and interactive way. You can Tweet/Retweet, Follow/Unfollow, Reply, Direct Message, favorite, or upload photos with tweets, and Search trends (however I did not see Trends, the new Twitter Lists, or Video Upload to Tweet).
One asset about this app twitter users with multiple counts would greatly appreciate is that it allows you to use multiple Twitter accounts at once with color coded separation! Features a convenient pull down for textbox for quick Tweeting from any tab with nice animated touch. Still some features need to be added, still it is a really good Twitter Android app.

For tweeps who Tweet, Plume Android app is very useful. Stayed chatty and connected on the go. Even more useful to tweeps with multiple Twitter accounts.
Just remember to slide down the window shade next to the Plume logo to send a Tweet, also tap on a tweet versus Longpress to reveal more Tweet options… other those everything else is pretty straight-forward.
If you’re on Twitter with Followers or you Follow people, this can easily be used multiple times daily!
Nice sleek and well organized Twitter client, which allows color coding for multiple Twitter accounts and light/dark theming.

Should you Download Plume for Twitter? I must concur with Andrew Kameka of Androinica.com when he stated “Plume for Twitter will eventually be the Best Android Twitter App“… well it’s up there!
Updating...
I really love this app. I don’t up vids or something so it has all the features I need and it just looks great
.
For your first Con, the trends and lists are located on a popup menu you get when you press the Tweets icon, along with other options.
Touiteur is #1 on my phone and I have tried them all.
this is the second review of touiteur that says they dont have lists or trends. makes me wonder about the reviewers.
as muaddip said, SIMPLY press the Tweet button at the bottom left. Cant believe a reviewer wouldnt click that tweet button.
A Reviewer is not perfect either. It states “…I did not see Trends, the new Twitter Lists…” not that they were not there, we’ll get that updated. Thanks!
Touiteur is my FAVORITE.
I started with TwidroidPro, and have used ALL twitter apps for android, but when it comes down to it, I’ve only have stuck with Twidroid.
Until Touiteur came along.
It still is beta, but its quickly growing and becoming the best! I have switched to ONLY using it! Its very easy to talk to the Dev over twitter, and he has always instantly helped me with problems.
I LOVE the trendingtopics lists, and all the other features. The widget is MUCH better than Twidroid, and the only thing that needs to be changed is the use of twitpic or another image service!
GREAT APP…..I HAVE PROBLEMS ON MY SAMSUNG MOMENT VIEWING TRENDING TOPICS, THE USERNAMES WILL SHOW; HOWEVER, THEIR TEXT WILL NOT….THIS APP GETS AN A GRADE…..AND WILL RECIEVE AN A+ WHEN THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
I love Touiteur. I’m stuck between the official Twitter app and Touiteur though because even though Touiteur has more style (and more customization), the Twitter app has location, which has become a vital part of my Twitter experience.
Simply the best Twitter app for Android. I’m pretty sure I have tried them all and have kept coming back to Touiteur. The one thing I wish I would see in it is a form of the Instant Preview that Twitdroid has.
Other than that, there is nothing about Touiteur I don’t like.
