You just wandered right into my domain (original, literal definition; think “Wizard of Oz”)! Here are a few more of the ones that I love (read: depend on) and would die without.

Keeper – a multi-platform app that encrypts and stores personal information and notes. Primarily I use this on my desktop, but I have it on all of my mobile devices (yes, multiple) and browsers so I am never without any of it. Also has an auto-destruct feature that can be toggled on/off (maybe your data really is that sensitive).

FlyScreen – notifications on your lockscreen. ‘Nuff said.

Astrid – it syncs with Google Tasks and Producteev, takes tasks down through different forms with lots of options, and the 4×4 widget has a little motivator to keep you going (which you can hide if you don’t like it).

Taskos – only syncs with Google Tasks right now (so I dropped it in favour of Astrid) but if that’s all you need, really is an awesome task app. Love the widget!

NoteEverything – free, pro, whatever. Notes are necessary, and being able to take make different kinds from a small widget is great. Having folders to store them in, even better. Syncing with my Google Docs? Awesome.

Phone 2 Chrome – really, any phone-browser syncing app. I cannot be the only one who constantly needs to go back and forth between devices.

WritePad – excellent handwriting recognition. Yes, touchscreen keyboards have come a long way, but sometimes it’s helpful to be able to scribble down words and have them come up as text.

Jorte – calendar, tasks, memos, widget … this app does it all. I love how my Android will sync with my Google calendar, but this app will do that (or allow a separate calendar) as well as Google Tasks and give me customizable widgets to show what I need to see. And did I mention it’s free?

Dophin HD – best mobile browser I have encountered as of yet. At first I was wary of getting it because of all the hype it had as a good “social” browser, but in the end I went for it and am so glad I did. I don’t use it for anything social; I use it for everything else. Slide one way for bookmarks, slide the other for add-ons (including a FREE read-it-later), it’s got tabs … yeah, it’s awesome. And you can clear the history and/or cache every time you exit the browser, if you want.
