I was one of those people who installed 2.2 early using the downloaded package.

I haven’t had any issues that I’m aware of, but I don’t know what “protected apps” are. Assuming that there is indeed something wrong with my installation, can I assume that Google will fix it at some point automatically? Or is there something I need to so here?
