Fun Factor & Addictive:

Texas Hold’em Online Android game is addictively fun! Play Poker on Android with computer opponents or match your wits against other Android users online. The latter can be most challenging and exciting as you get a good mixture of players.

Features:

Your ranking and monetary gains can be accessed on up to 3 profiles. Playing online even offers Chat; messages can be seen in the window shade along with game notifications. Speaking of… notifications of the full game stats are kept in the window shade, simply slide it down.

Texas Hold’em Online is equipped with “Timers” for human players. One of the pains when playing with other online opponents is waiting on them to play. Whether you’re really a slow player or having connectivity issues, once you pass the allotted time, your hand is folded and you forfeit your cash. If this happens a total of 3 times, you’re out the game.

Gripe Alert: Flicking cards to “Fold” or even tapping the buttons for “Check”, “Call”, “Bet” and “All In” can be a bit unresponsive or sluggish at times (but very well may be a limitation of the device).

Competition is Fierce

In a head-to-head final pot of over $4,000 with TigerWoods5 (ranked #6 at the time). He really sent me home with my tail between my legs as I tried to bluff him, turned out he had a Full House

Graphics:

The user interface and graphics could use some work. For example, your name and personal pot text is small, dark and hard to see. The cards are easy to see, overall OK.

Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:

Texas Hold’em Android game takes advantage of Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound; which really comes in handy when playing online and people take forever deciding… the phone vibrates to alert you of your turn. You also have casino chips & dealing sound effects. The game even auto-rotates in landscape or portrait modes.
