Features:
Tasks is a very cool little app that wholly compliments your mobile device, especially if you’re pursuing that ICS design excellence. It looks really neat and comes with plenty of functionality too. Essentially the app presents you initially with three list headings: Mobile list, Your list (syncs with Google Tasks) and one simply titled Project. You can add as many projects as you like so, while the app lacks folders, you can easily separate your lists this way. To look at any list simply swipe across to it.
Creating an actual task is straightforward too. Add a title, some notes if you like, a due date and reminder and decide which task list it should be on. The app lacks a few things which some people might miss from other such apps. There’s no means to prioritise like you can with Any.Do and you can’t add files to tasks, so it’s not as feature-rich as a larger personal organisation apps such as Springpad. However, if you want simple, no-fuss task creation, this is a very strong competitor to apps like Any.Do.
Any.Do does look a little bit nicer, but then if the rest of your Android experience is designed around ICS, you’re going to prefer Tasks. The app can be customised to sport a light or dark theme and comes with a homescreen widget which re-sizes nicely too. You an also share tasks with friends, family members etc in a variety of ways. If, perhaps, you’re planning a party or something that requires help, this is a great solution.

Usefulness:
For helping you keep on top of your to-do list, Tasks is pretty awesome. It syncs with Google Tasks and is blissfully simple to use. It’s not as fully featured as some apps, but for simple task management, Tasks is brilliant.
Ease of Use:
It really couldn’t be easier to use. It’s highly intuitive and setting up multiple tasks is a breeze.
Frequently Used:
This is a great app that can be used regularly. If you’re a busy person, this is a perfect way to keep on top of jobs to do, so certainly something that you could use frequently throughout the day.
Interface:
The app has been created to closely replicate the gorgeous Ice Cream Sandwich design requirements. The app therefore slides seamlessly into a mobile environment that uses this. It’s not quite as beautiful, in my opinion, as apps like Any.Do, but it still looks stunning.
