If you're looking for YouMail Visual Voicemail in the Android Market, it's ghost as it has been pulled due to violating the Android Market terms; to be more specific... it has removed because T-Mobile complained the 'application is causing adverse network disruption'. YouMail's CEO Alex Quilici fired back in a blog post stating T-Mobile never contact them about network disruption yet redirected it was a competition conflict issue... citing their voicemail app is a 'dramatically better product' and it is free in comparison to T-Mobile's Visual Voicemail app. For existing users the app will continue to work, however, for new users who want the app you can download it directly from YouMail or Amazon.Read Full Article

Just as rumors were resurfacing about Sprint to buy T-Mobile, AT&T swooped in and confirmed they will buy Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile USA for $39 in cash and stocks. If the purchase is allowed (as it would create a GSM network monopoly for AT&T) it would combine 134 million U.S. customers.
