State Farm Launches Text Message Auto-Responder Widget App for Android

State Farm recently launched their app for Android called Pocket Agent, they have now extended functionality that aims to curb the habit of texting while driving in the form of a widget called On The Move, and it will be available in the Android Market August 23rd.
