DriveSafe.ly just release version 2.0 for Android which not only read aloud the user’s txts and emails, but also allows you to reply by voice, completely hands-free. This is a feature enhancement I've personally been waiting for. You must head to the Preferences menu and turn the feature "Enable Voice Command" on.
