HTC Flyer is HTC's first tablet based on Android 2.4 (a hybrid version of Gingerbread and Honeycomb) with newly renovated HTC Sense user experience built for tablets that combines natural touch and pen interaction. Under the hood is single core 1.5Ghz processor and capable of high-speed HSPA+ wireless capabilities. The 7 inch tablet comes with a 1.3 megapixel front camera and 5 megapixel rear camera and shoots 720p HD video, 1GB of RAM and 32GB SD card memory. HTC pulled a number on me with this one as it slipped through the cracks. The HTC Sync software available for the HTC Droid Incredible, Desire (HD/Z), Wildfire, Aria, Evo, Legend and myTouch3G has included some long awaited features. Previous versions only allowed you to sync your contacts and calendars. HTC released an in-depth video of the newest Android smartphone to debut called HTC Desire HD. HTC announced another Android smartphone, the HTC Wildfire, that looks similar to the HTC Desire yet has hardware similar to the HTC Tattoo headed for major European and Asian markets in the third quarter of 2010. It will ship with Android 2.1, latest HTC Sense UI with the bonus of HTC Caller ID which displays your contact's Facebook profile picture, latest update, and birthday reminders. We heard a rumor that the HTC Desire was making it's way to U.S. Cellular however they officiated it on their Facebook page stating the Android smartphone (comparable to Google's Nexus One also made by HTC) will debut this Summer. Amidst a lot of leaks and probing we finally got the official from Verizon and HTC that the DROID Incredible by HTC will be available for pre-order April 19th and launching April 29th. Another interesting fact uncovered is no SD Card will be included as the phone will offer 8GB of internal memory storage (more than eight times offered by and other Android phone). It will offer up to 7 panels on the home screen thanks to the HTC Sense UI with Friend Stream.Read Full Article
