Sprint won't so somebody will, I did and maybe you will too! After countless missed release dates for the Android 2.1 update 1 release for the HTC Hero, a leaked version has made its way on the Internet. The leak is named RUU_Hero_C_Sprint_2.27.651.5_R_signed_release and is said to have all the bells and whistles of an official ROM update.Read Full Article

After push backs with many other phones anticipating the new Android 2.1 software. There is an official update for the Samsung Moment at Sprint's support website. This will NOT be an over-the-air update, you have to get it yourself, it will require wiping your phone, plus you must visit Sprint's support site for detailed instructions to do it yourself. Sucks as many Moment owners won't have a clue they can get the update via a notification unless they find out on Android sites like ours.Read Full Article

Seems Motorola has updated their moving target schedule again for Android 2.1 software updates on some Milestone, Backflip, Cliq, Cliq XT, and Dext phones.
