Swing Shot is a crazy multi-player battle game featuring jungle animals and all manner of throw-able objects. It’s part physics-based arcade game and part turn-based online multi-player. However, trying to pigeon-hole Swing Shot isn’t easy, it’s quite unlike anything you might have played before! Read on for more explanation and review.

Features:
Swing Shot is a squealing and uncontrollable monkey of a game that is addictive, unique and thoroughly enjoyable. It’s a battle game where you have to hurl objects (everything from mouldy bananas and rocks to beehives) at other creatures. You normally start with a team of say, monkeys, and you must take down the opposing team. Pull back on a monkey to get it to line up a throw- not dissimilar to throwing an Angry Bird. Take aim, and then let go to fire. The object can then either hit an enemy or the wobbly wooden structure they are suspended from. It’s a turn-based battle and you win if you knock down all your opponents.
The game is simple to play but is a real smorgasbord of gaming genres in one. It’s a battle strategy Sim, a physics-based puzzler and a social online multi-player game. If any of these genres tick your box, definitely be sure to check Swing Shot out. While there are plenty of titles in the Google Play Store, few come close to covering all these different forms of gameplay, making Swing Shot quite unique.
The graphics and sound are awesome; from the diseased bananas to chuckles from creatures you’ve completely missed, the atmosphere is rich and polished, as you might expect from developers like Com2uS. This all results in some incredibly addictive gameplay that is genuinely hard to put down. You can play through the arcade levels, which are great; combining team-on-team battles or opportunities to take down animals hovering on balloons. However, the real excitement lies in the online tussles. I’ve always managed to find someone to play and, considering games are live, gameplay is very smooth indeed.
You collect coins and bananas which operate as a rudimentary currency in the game. You can use them to buy extra animals and weapons etc., and there are all kinds to choose from. It’s probably something Com2uS will continue to add things to. Swing Shot is a freemium game, but purchases are truly optional and you’re unlikely to find yourself completely outgunned. I prefer this kind of game because you do not feel pressured to buy new stuff by making in-app purchases.

Fun Factor:
Swing Shot is lots of fun and is a great game that both children and adults can play. Pulling off a winning shot which takes down multiple opponents is pure gaming joy. Because you have both arcade levels to complete and multi-player opportunities too, the game always feels different and refreshing, never feeling repetitive or boring.
Addictive:
Hugely! It offers lots of diversity, with so many animals and weapons and levels and people to play against. It’s always changing and loads of fun. There are global rankings too, so if you’re really competitive you can bust a gut to get yourself on the leaderboard.
Graphics:
The visuals are exquisite, really detailed, colourful and flawlessly animated. You can tell the detail in the incredible physics engine used to handle several moving animals on a wobbling and swaying wooden apparatus that hangs them from the trees. Absolutely spot on. The game is incredibly colourful and bright and compliments the cute gameplay perfectly.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
The sound is ideal for the game. The music is really good, quite catchy, not too annoying. The sound effects are very diverse and rich- featuring laughs, giggles, groans, punch noises and all sorts more. This all works excellently with both the graphics and the gameplay.
