Sprint purchases Clear for $2.2 billion

Sprint, today, entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of Clear (Clearwire) for $2.2 billion. Sprint already owned majority stake in the wireless mobile broadband company, and this move is in my opinion a strategic one to gain Clear’s network infrastructure but more importantly spectrum to continue developing their LTE network. I’m a Clear customer, are you… what are your thoughts on this acquisition?
