Sony Ericsson’s LiveView companion device is cool for a few reasons plus it can connect wirelessly to any Android phone to access apps. In this case SportyPal PRO Android app is synced to the LiveView to show features like time, speed, heart rate and more while your phone can stay in your pocket. For those who already have been using SportyPal PRO you’ll have to request a new trial period to use the new features including synchronizing the phone with your web account on sportypal.com, setting goals, using tracks, heart rate support and all the other tools. What’s New in SportyPal PRO:
- TRACKS: Now you can draw your own tracks on the map using the editor or just create tracks from existing workouts, then compare your previous achievements on the track or compete against your friends or any other sporty pals in your neighborhood/city.
- GOALS: The “GOAL” feature allows you to set up the distance that you want to cross for a specified time or the number of calories you want to burn during the workout.
