Sony Xperia ZL unveiled today at CES with 1080p full HD 5-inch display, running Android Jelly Bean, packs a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera (featuring HDR 1080p video recording) and a new location for the 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 4G LTE capable, and should be available before the end of Q1.

Unlike its older sibling, the Xperia Z, differs in that it isn’t water and dust resistant, the front-facing camera is oddly placed on the bottom right corner of the phone rather than the top, it has a dedicated camera shutter button (to quickly launch the camera app by holding it- even when the phone is asleep), plus has an IR blaster that help it convert to a TV remote for Sony compatible televisions.
