Solitaire Champion HD is a cool and ridiculously well animated solitaire game for Android. You need to be aware of the rules and regulations of the game but that aside, it’s a fun and absorbing game that is beautifully recreated on a mobile device. The game integrates with Pocket Change rewards so, if you use that service, you can earn here.

Features:
I think it’s fair to say, Solitaire Champion HD is probably the best looking solitaire clone available in the Google Play Store. Now, it’s a freebie so you sadly have to put up with some banner ads but if you can see around this, it’s a seriously good-looking app. The table and cards are bright and sharp, plus the animations (when cards turn or are added to Ace piles) are all really nice. Elsewhere, the menu system is impressively designed too.
As long as you are aware of the game rules, it’s easy to play too. I’m not going to run down the instructions now (Google it!) but it’s a popular card came that has been in existence for many years. As you play, you accumulate scores and move through levels. Your score, if you progress successfully, might be displayed on the global scoring charts available in the app. The game lets you continue playing via the use of skillful play and ‘reshuffles’. This is when you run out of viable moves and can opt to shuffle the existing pack. It means virtually starting again, but it means your score continues.
The game is good at communicating with you and giving you shortcuts during gameplay. For example, it will tell you when you are out of moves instead of letting you flounder for several minutes trying to rejig your piles. Additionally, if you reveal all the cards, the app with give you the option of automatically completing the game. If you’re a serious player who just wants to build up a good score, this saves you lots of time and is really useful.
One thing I noticed was lacking in the game is customisation. Usually you can alter the look of the card table and card decks themselves however this is not the case with Solitaire Champion HD. This perhaps isn’t a big thing, but it’s often quite a fun feature to have. Because of the way this version of Solitaire is set up, your games are not timed. I don’t think this is a massive deal, but it might put off solitaire purists.

Fun Factor:
If you like playing card game on the go, you’ll definitely like playing Solitaire Champion HD. With its impressive graphics and innovative structure, it’s certainly lots of fun.
Addictive:
Solitaire has been hugely popular for many, many years. As such, I’m sure fans of the game will like Solitaire Champion HD enough to keep playing over and over.
Graphics:
The graphics are arguably the best feature of the application. Beautifully smooth, detailed and rich with animations, it’s head ans shoulders above other solitaire games in terms of visuals.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
I found the sound quite limited and when turned up high, rather oppressive. My attempts to switch off the sound in the settings didn’t work and I had to turn my devices volume down to play the game.
