Simple Organizer Pro is a multifaceted organizer app that incorporates notes, tasks, events, calendar and agenda. Despite its range of features, it maintains a simplistic user interface that’s easy to use and intuitive. If you’re someone who like to stay organised but use several apps where perhaps one could suffice, this is the app for you.

There’s times when we could all use a little extra organisation in our busy lives, so it’s no wonder productivity apps are so popular in the Google Play Store. We’ve certainly reviewed many here at AndroidTapp. However, few offer to become quite as useful and encapsulating as Simple Organizer Pro. Y’see, it’s not just a to-do app or an application that lets you write notes or create events. Instead, it’s all three.
The beauty of the app perhaps is that it is so easy to use. The main app dashboard gives you the ability to quickly create new notes, events and tasks. You can find the ones you have already created just as easily. There are links to a calendar and agenda view, letting you see exactly what you need to see. I really like to do apps, but this is by far the simplest app to use and it incorporates so much more.
If this wasn’t enough, it also syncs with Google, so your calendar and other data can be displayed in the app. While this took a little while to sync completely (I had a lot of stuff to sync I guess), it’s great to have everything right there. You might use apps like Any.Do, Evernote, Google Calendar, etc. and might really enjoy using them. However, Simple Organizer Pro does gives you the option of incorporating much of their functionality into one simple application. This solution might not be for everyone, but it might help productivity if you are using one app instead of three.
The app ticks lots of boxes but I would have liked to have seen more control over the UI design, perhaps in the way of different themes. As it is at the moment it is nice, but I think any productivity that doesn’t either utilise the Holo design principals or offer customisation could suffer as a consequence.
That said, I really like Simple Organizer Pro. It’s highly intuitive, easy to use and very functional. If you think you could benefit from a more holistic approach to productivity, then definitely check this out.

Usefulness:
Apps like this are built to be useful; to make your more productive, allow you to remember important things and, above all, ‘get things’ done’. The app blends events, notes and tasks in a handy and useful application that gives you an ‘all under one roof’ solution. It syncs with Google, comes with a variety of widgets and is simple to use.
Ease of Use:
It’s not just useful, it’s also incredibly simple to use. Seriously, there are no apps that I have used in the Google Play Store that are quite as intuitive and as a reviewer and someone who loves these kinds of apps, that’s quite a few.
Frequently Used:
Productivity apps are traditionally the type you use frequently to keep on top of your daily, weekly or monthly goals. Because you not only get an interactive event creation and calendar tool, but also a to-do list function and a note taking app, it’s something that could be integrated easily into your daily life.
Interface:
The interface is smooth, easy on the eye and features straightforward navigation and controls. It’s not Holo and doesn’t feature any theme besides the default, but it looks and feels slick.
