The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will hit the States nationwide June 17th, however, launching exclusively at Best Buy Union Square Store in New York City starting June 8th with limited quantities of the Wi-Fi version. Starting at $499 for the 16GB model and $599 for the 32GB model; at 8.6mm thin Samsung has the bragging rights for the thinnest tablet in the world. It’s light too… 1.25 pounds light! The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will ship with Android 3.1 (Honeycomb), Google’s latest mobile operating system for tablets.
