Run Android Apps on Windows 7 Computers with BlueStacks

BlueStacks announced their awesome technology to allow Windows 7 PC users the ability to run Android, install Android apps and share data seamlessly between the two operating systems! Designed for Laptops, netbooks, all-in-one PCs, and tablets BlueStacks offers the best of both worlds; plus it can be used with not only touchscreens, but regular mice, and magic trackpads.
From the video demo you can see that you can share data, media, and photos between Windows and Android. Although the official Google Android Market is not supported you can still get access to thousands of apps that are guaranteed to work (requiring no additional developer modification) from third party app stores like Amazon App Store, GetJar, PocketGear, and SlideMe. A few Android apps were shown off: Pulse News Reader, LinkedIn, Basketball Shot, Connect the Dots, and Livingsocial.
