Features:
Rdio is a streaming music service for both Web and mobile that excels in two major aspects over the competition: the ability to save songs locally and play while offline and social crowd-sourcing to find music your friends or others like that you may like. You can get a free 3 day trial of the service then subscribe to Rdio Web for $4.99 a month or Rdio Unlimited for $9.99 a month. If you’re interested in purchasing the DRM-free songs you can do so from the Web and not the app currently.
The has a “Heavy Rotation” section on the home screen to show want albums are the top at the time. Under “Collections” tab or viewing an album details while a song is playing there are down arrow icons once tapped allows you to save the tracks locally. Everything is synced with your online account so whether you’re using Rdio online or mobile you can have the same Collection and Playlists. It also packs all the features of a streaming music player you’d expect such as shuffle, repeat options, search and create Playlists.

Usefulness:
The app is very useful to all especially those who love music. More important, eliminates the need for syncing your music to your Android phone. Truly listen on the go! Plus you can discover new music your friends on Rdio or other tastemakers are listening to.
Interface & Ease of Use:
The user interface is really slick, for advanced listeners the user experience is fine too, however getting acquainted with controls like offline sync and creating Playlists are not the most intuitive. The best way I found out is poking around, luckily you don’t have too with AndroidTapp.com!
How do I sync songs for offline playback in Rdio?
To sync a song for offline listening, tap the icon in the top right when listening to a song, then tap the down arrow to the right of the song. Each song would have to be done individual though.
How do I create Playlists in Rdio?
Long-press an artist name, album or song to Remove from Collection, Sync to Mobile or Add to Playlist.
