Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Fast access to volume profiles.
- You can set how each setting will work – vibrate, silent or normal – in one place.
Cons
- I almost found the sliders too responsive, I went to scroll down the screen, and the slider I was near jumped to full.
Features:
Quick Volume Settings is a very simple app that does one thing, and does it well. It puts the settings for every type of noise; from call volume to ringer to alarms, in one place. It also offers profiles, so you can adjust the settings for when your device is in normal, silent or vibrate modes.

Usefulness:
This app really does do one thing, and one thing only. It allows you to set up your volume for a variety of sound types for three different profiles. It is very useful to be able to adjust all of these in one place, and to see and compare between profiles quickly to get the right balance.
Ease of Use:
It literally could not be easier to use this app. There is one screen, with three radio buttons to pick the profile you want to adjust, and then slider bars for each sound type. If I had any complaint, if you could call it that, it was that the slider bars were very, very responsive and so jumped higher or lower than what I was intending at times, and occasionally I had the wrong one move. But I’d rather have it be too responsive than not enough, so it’s a minor complaint.
Frequently Used:
I can’t see that you’ll use the app itself all that often, since the point is to be able to set up your volumes so you can forget them, but in terms of the results, you’ll use this app every time you change volume profiles.
Interface:
As I mentioned, this is simplicity taken to the extreme. There is one screen, with the options the app offers, and that’s it. No about screen, no additional settings, no contact us, nothing. The app doesn’t bother with anything other than getting the job done quickly and efficiently.
