AndroidTapp.com Android App Review:
Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Impressive app for bringing photos to life!
- Make your 3D avatar speak what you say
- Avatar is interactive; blinks, moves and follows your screen gestures
Cons
- Stores all 3D avatars and voice recordings are stored inside internal memory storage
Features:
PhotoSpeak for Android is innovative and simply impressive! Take a photo or use one from your phones gallery to bring a photo to life as a 3D avatar; complete with blinking eyes, movement, it follows your screen gestures and you can make it speak recorded messages you say! It’s all done in the cloud on MotionPortrait‘s servers, quickly shooting the interactive avatar back to your phone. I remember seeing this technology years back only available on the Web by SitePal who used vector 3D avatars to convey text-to-speech messages… now it’s available for smartphones.
Even create a music video from your avatar, see how New York rockers Masters of Reality used PhotoSpeak to create their music video. Check out how we used PhotoSpeak for a lil celebrity endorsement!
Gripe Alert: all 3D avatars and voice recordings are stored inside internal memory storage, be sure you have a lot of space or delete some avatars when using the app.
