My first phone was defective. I just returned it for a new one. I had to reload the Open home 6 application. Somehow I lost all of the Open home 6 settings. When I go into my settings they are the original settings. I uninstalled, and reinstalled the Open home 6 app, and it did not fix the problem. Now I am asking myself if there is a problem with this new phone, or if the problem is with the application. Some trouble shooting tips would be helpful here. Check your phone's firmware version. It may be that's why you can't see it.
