How about a review of Office Suite Pro, in particular a comparative review with the full version of Documents to Go?

Yes, all Android apps should be able to support larger screen sizes by default.

See the QR barcodes above? You can scan those using a bar code scanner on your phone to direct you into the Android Market to download or visit this page on your Android Phone and tap the QR codes for the same effect. Hope that helps!

Be careful of this download. I was charged 14.99 for app and a additional 4.99 for some type of coverage and the key that was e-mailed to me is wrong. Yes, when I enter the key e-mailed to me after I purchased this soft ware, the screen reads “Wrong Key”. I have contacted this company on the 17th and they have failed to contact me back.

I have this app on my android, and can’t figure out how to save a document. When I click to “save changes” it then gives me a page that say “untitled.doc” and I thought this was where I name it and save it??? However, it doesn’t. I get a page that says “edit” and if I do that, it doesn’t save anything. Please tell me how to save a document properly?? I’d really appreciate it!

I did learn how to save a document, but it’s really difficult, IMHO! So I hope I can tell you…. first, after you write your document, you have to hit the back button until you get the place that says “save changes” and click there. and click save as word document, click the place where it says untitled.docx then click select word, and type over the untitled with name to savein the name you want to name it. and then click next (at bottom). then it gives you choice of my documents or local files. I click on local files, and then at the top, you see an icon that looks like a floppy disk, and you click that. it saves it! I’m saving mine to my sd card, so maybe that’s why it saves to local files, and not to “my documents” (which I don’t have a choice on there, so maybe it’s because I put the file on my sd card?). Good luck… it just takes a lot of trial and error. Now I have a bunch of those ‘test’ docs to remove, LOL.

Seek out Kingsoft Office on the AppBrain or Android markets. It has just been converted to freeware. You can view and edite DOC, DOCX, TXT, XLS, XLSX PPT PPTX, etc. files for free. Combine it with local syncware, such as Cheetah Sync (free or pro) and you have all you need for basic office work on the go. With some limitations, it is better than any trialware or freeware I’ve tried. I even use it for novel, story, and notation projects in developing the manuscripts I submit to my publisher. Combined with the superior note and annotation features of the Mantano ereader, I can do my work even away from my notebook or home and transfer / sync the files at home or through an online free service like DropBox.

Stop wasting time and money on multiple free or purchased apps! Get this package and give it a try.

I tried to explain it as well as I could, LOL, but maybe it’s not so clear… sorry! But where that floppy disk is, is located on the same line as the title you named it. I know this is probably clear as mud, but I had to keep trying and trying, before I figured it out. It’s not easy!
