One Click Android Root with Easy Root

Makers of the CPU Benchmark app, Unstable Apps, have just launched an Android app that lets you root your Android phone in one click called Easy Root! The developer has tested it on DROID and DROID X phones and works flawlessly. Rooting is a difficult and technical aspect of Android, yet opens up all kinds of device unlimited possibilities for your phone. Note: only for Android 2.1 phones & Android 2.2.

Update: Google pulled the app from the Android Market but it lives on through the developers website!

Easiest root ever. Wow! Strange though. It uses Bluetooth to do the root somehow.

  i have a moto cliq and have had the hardest time trying to root it. currently on the 1.5 and cant find this app on the market. is this only available on the 2.1?

Everyone on here is an idiot… this was the easiest root ever… if u don’t know what rooting is, you won’t be able to see the endless possibilities it has! It doesn’t screw up your phone! After rooting my droid, I was able to turn it into a wifi hotspot and it works perfectly! And no this is not the droid x. The droid x has wifi but u have to pay for it. This is free, using ur data plan! So u f*$%tards that have no idea what rooting is, shut the F*$# up. Oorah unstable apps

seriously, these guys are all fakes, this app only installs a virus on to your phone, it asks for a key and while you do that it goes into ur device and f**ks it up, luckily i had a anti virus program on my phone so it warned me before… phew… please, dont listen to the peeps above

Good thing I scanned the apk file before trying to install.
