Nuance, makers of Dragon Go! released a beta Siri-like competitor virtual assistant app on Android called Dragon Mobile Assistant. It functions in much the same way as S Voice on newer Galaxy devices, as you can wake the phone with a trigger command and perform mostly hands-free voice commands like sends texts, makes calls, set appointments, and delivers direct access to open content on the mobile web. Of course we’ll run it through our thorough testing, in the mean time if you have Android 4+ (Ice Cream Sandwich) you can download it using convenient tools above and below:
Dragon Mobile Assistant (Beta)
Free
*** Currently Available in Beta for Ice Cream Sandwich & Jelly Bean Devices *** You spoke. We listened. The new Dragon Mobile Assistant builds on top of the popular Dragon Go! directed search experience, adding a totally new, conversational design and the most popular personal assistant features. Dragon lets you speak naturally to access a wide range of content, and makes it easier to do everyday tasks on your phone when your hands are busy.
