Pros
Cons
For someone with a busy schedule, this is a must-have app. There are a number of apps available right now for taking notes and setting reminders, but none as fully-featured as Note Everything. The Google integration is ideal for Android users who most likely use those features already with Gmail and their Calendar, so it saves having information in too many locations. It’s worth getting the Pro version for the reminders and lists if nothing else, although there is a lot to offer by going Pro. GDocs is another add-on you can download for free that enables you to import and export notes from Google Docs.
The app is pretty straightforward. However, because it’s so feature-packed, it may take you playing with it to find everything that you can possibly do with it. The developer’s website has a useful FAQ and is developing a manual.
Most people will use this daily, particularly if they need help with organization.
The interface is very simple. A lot of the extra features you’ll find through the ‘menu’ button; the screen itself only has a few icons.

Should you Download Note Everything? Definitely, Particularly if You Already Use other Google Services.

No sync (to web, or elsewhere)
Apparently developers are working on it, hopefully get sync soonish…
Use the pro version of this app extensively. The “durable checklist” makes a great grocery list app. All in all it’s one of my most valuable apps.
i can’t find Note Everything Pro in market
my phone is tattoo
it seems that there are a lot of capable apps out there but it’s a little frustrating when some upsell important features.
@mark, I understand what you mean, but here you have a case where you can have “just the basics” if that’s all you need for free, and then pay for more features if you decide you need them. The developer didn’t need to offer a free basic version at all, did he? And it’s not a “trial” that runs out, or pops up and bugs you to buy the full version, either.
since updating to android 2.2, my durable checklists (ex: shopping list) which I “stick” won’t open when I hit it. It brings up “Note Everything,” but opens the last note I had looked at. (otherwise, I still love it)
btw: i’m using Pro vers 2.0.0
What about Springpad?
Lots of options, with consecutive sync.

I’m definitely going Pro after this. It was such a great app even before I started using it as my main digital voice recorder so I wouldn’t lose song ideas. I have so much on it its scary. Maybe too much. Idea’s, lyrics, passwords, quotes, just near everything.
Note everything was great until I upgraded the latest free version. I can still make notes but it turns them into phone links & won’t let me edit. The only way I can change a note is to delete it and start over. Then it turns the new one into a link to the phone so when I tap in to edit it opens the cell-phone.
I received this answer to your question from SoftXPerience – Support [support@softxperience.com]:
go to preferences, editing, linkification and turn off what you don’t need.
The linkification behaviour will be improved with the next update (no longer unwanted opening of dialer while editing).
on the durable lists, what is the difference between the all tab and the need tab.. anything I add to my all tab automatically appears on the need tab. Seems redundant.
I understand that it is possible to sync my notes/appointments etc. on my computer through the Google calandar.
But , is it possible to sync my to do list on my computer (other than Google Calendar) to my android HTC phone?
