Modern Versions of Android on More Than 73% of Android Phones

Android 2.2 (Froyo) tipped to 33.4% from 28.7% while Android 2.1 (Eclair) dropped to 40.4% from 41.7% over the last month as carriers update and manufacturers debut newer Android phones equipped with more modern version of Google’s mobile OS.
