Meebo Android App is a great way to keep a consolidated chat while on the go. You can concurrent sign on and chat on GTalk, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, Facebook, Meebo, MySpace, MSN and Jabber. View your conversations, active and offline friends. It even allows you to update your status message.
Gripe Alert: You must have the the app open to receive IM notifications, so you are logged out automatically frequently. The positive benefit of this is conservation on poor battery life. Additionally you can’t send or receive new friend requests via the app, those must be done via the native app/network prior.

Should you Download Meebo IM? Sure, give it a spin though not superior to the default IM app created by Google.
Pretty much all the IM apps are like this. They need to have some sort of “recieve offline messages” system. then I wouldn’t mind getting signed off all the time.
Pretty good. I only really use it for Facebook Chat as this is the only app I know of that supports Facebook Chat
