LEAK Alert: Sprint HTC Hero Android 2.1 ROM

According to AndroidPolice.com the hackers at XDA Developers forum have done it again by leaking the Android 2.1 ROM for the HTC Hero. One of many fine Android phones still stuck in the stone age of Android (version 1.5). This is only for the advanced and adventurous here is the URL for trying out the ROM:

This was not supposed to be released. The dev that got the leak was trying to be careful and give it only to trusted devs, but there was a huge problem today. The thing is, the rom has been in use for a while, both damage and flipz have been using it in their latest 2.l roms. You can find them by name: damagecontrol v2.06 and fresh 2.0d. For fresh go to geekfor.me and for damagecontrol, go to xda. Anyway, these builds are great, enjoy them. Of course the problem with this fiasco is we probably won’t see the final build until it is officially released now.
