How cool is it to launch an app, turn in a certain direction, and see a historic landmarks on the virtual screen, then learn more about it. Or see how close others Tweeps are to your vicinity, find a house or play a game. Layar Reality Browser Android App is one of the coolest ideas to hit the Android phone! Augment reality using the phones camera and location-based data to find local businesses, historical facts, Flickr photos, Tweeps, and more.
More WOW factor than useful but definitely worth checking out.
Similar to using Google Compass Mode with StreetView for Android. Launch the app, select a module and turn in a specific direction…
Frequency of use is user dependent; most likely occasional or to show off to your friends.
Most of the user interface is organized, most of the interaction takes place on the virtual screen.

Should you Download Layar Reality Browser? Yes! Definitely Worth Downloading!
I have friends with iPhones who have this app and love it. Unfortunately, since I got my Droid, I have not found this app in the Android Market. Why can’t I find it?
It is in there, i already installed Layar v3. The screenshot here is old. The new ones overlays onto your camera view and also adds on 3D graphics! It is cool!
It’s not the best app in the world. All it does is is show you information about things around you, and it’s not even that accurate.
Not found on the Droid Market Place.
