Knocking Live Video, phone-to-phone video streaming app over 3G networks, reports hitting more than one million users four months after launch (3 times the speed of Foursquare or Gowalla). The rapid growth came from viral, awesome idea and technology marriage plus the salvation of a very influential guy…
The app peaked at #3 in free social networking after it’s initial rejection was overturned personally by Steve Jobs, and has remained in the top 10 free social networking since launch. In March, Knocking also introduced a cross platform-version which allowing Android Devices to send video to iPhone and vice-versa.
Check out this video, of a deaf Knocking advocate, who uses the app to communicate via sign-language with friends.
Or this video – of a user that created a homemade predator drone out of an RC plane using Knocking.
Is this the new viral social network to watch out for? Either way… check out the app and our Android App Review of Knocking Live Video!
