Pros

- Chart results and sync online
- Create your own exercises and workout routines
Features:
JEFIT Workout, Fitness, GymLog is great for anyone serious about their workout routine! Although geared towards bodybuilders it features customizable workouts to suit your style of exercise such as Cutting, General Fitness and Sport Specific routines. Any personal trainer will stress the importance of recording your workout as a successful tool for achieving and exceeding personal exercise goals… and JEFIT is just that.
It comes with a few extra features to help you automatically record your 1RM (1 rep maximum) for each set, plus it auto-calculates your BMI (Body Mass Index), and create allows the creation super-set workouts. There is even a rest timer with suggested times you should rest between reps. Plus you can add, edit, and delete past body stats in the case you missed a record or made an error. JEFIT has a feature to choose or create your own exercises targeting muscle types. Update: the latest version now includes the ability to synchronize with an online JEFIT account.
A nifty feature I personally like is the JEFIT Exercise Animation app, which is a separate 15MB app to download, but allows to you save animations of the 300+ exercises to get an idea how to perform them. I do wish the process of obtaining these optional animations were less painful but for now it as a separate app you ditch when animations have been copied to your SD card.

Usefulness & Ease of Use:
I’ve personally been using JEFIT for the past month and can attest to the convenience factor and resources provided thus giving results. It provides a sample workout for someone aiming to build muscle mass working certain muscle groups by day which consists of:
- Monday: Chest & Triceps
- Wednesday: Back, Biceps, and Forearm
- Friday: Shoulders and Legs
- Saturday: Abs
In each day consists of 6-8 workout routines which can be customized to your liking by adding, deleting or reordering them. When completing either individual rep or exercise set you can quickly jot the weight and rep count. The beauty in this type of workout is that it allows enough time for muscle groups to recuperate within the week. In time this workout will deliver results provided you stick to it, eat and sleep well, and try to progress or change up personal goals as not to plateau.
Frequently Used:
You have the freedom to determine how often you use the app, whether creating your own personal workout or following the recommendations of JEFIT.
