Features & Usefulness:

InstantMeeting is a great tool for those who participate in bridged conference calls often. My personal peeve with these dial in lines are the codes, hence where InstantMeeting picks up the slack. It sniffs out scheduled conference calls from your calendar on your Google Android phone for the next few weeks, it then automatically pops up a reminder when it’s time for your call with one-touch prompts to make the call, snooze or cancel. The real beauty in the app is when it makes the call and the automated prompt asks for your conference code it places it for you, and you manually confirm and begin your call (convenient). If for some reason you get disconnected the app detects that and offers to redial and do its job again (even more convenient).

Ease of Use:

Tip: place the conference dial in number and code in the description of your calendar entries and do not place any special characters (such as #) at the end of the code, else the app can’t properly read it then you’ll be manually entering the code. If you follow that tip the app automatically detects conference calls and takes care of the rest… Happy Bridging

I downloaded the app and it has not been able to correctly identify any of my conference calls.

Looking for an app that will allow the inclusion of # at and of dial in PIN- required by company bridge provider. Any suggestions? I’m on 5-7 different bridges a day.
