Usefulness:
The need to communicate on various platforms is a modern phenomenon brought about the annoying way all your friends use different methods. IM+ is effortless to use, you connect to your accounts, select your contacts and you can be chatting in no time at all. It also allows you to manage multiple chats at the same time, saving the bother to switch between different applications to continue chatting.
Frequently Used:
I guess this depends on how sociable a creature you are. If you chat a lot, it could be the most used application on your phone. If you only use chat functions occasionally, this is still a useful application to have because it gives you access to all the different platforms in one easy program.
Interface:
The interface is polished, fluid and uncomplicated to operate. It lets you have all the access you need without hassling you with complex menus or an unintuitive interface. A lot of thought seems to have gone into how users chat, and in creating a platform that permits chatterboxes all the freedom they require to communicate with friends, family and colleagues. You just have to smoothly slide between your contacts, chat streams and accounts. I encountered no slow down and overall it was a fluid experience.
