HTC Salsa the sibling Android smartphone to HTC ChaCha earned nicknames as the “Facebook Phones” as they have a dedicated FB button. This button integrates throughout the entire phone experience through HTC Sense user interface. With a single press of the button, you can update your status, upload a photo, share a Website, post what song you are listening to, ‘check in’ to a location and more.
Running on Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread); the 3.4 inch screen resolution is 480 x 320 yet offers video calling with front-facing camera plus HD video recording with 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The HTC Salsa will be available to customers across major European and Asian markets during Q2 2011.
