As we get the detailed review prepared we wanted to give you all the HD video review of the HTC One S for T-Mobile. The middle sibling of the HTC One family, it is ultra slim, super light weight and lightning fast both in terms of use and 4G Internet speed.
It has the latest Android operating system (version 4+) which features many enhancements to core apps like Gmail and the Contacts apps; now renamed People app. The HTC One S also has HTC Sense thematic atop of the Android OS which brings many convenient enhancements like the beautifully animated weather forecast animations, weather forecasts sync to the calendar so you see the projected weather as you plan you days, and the greatest Sense improvements come with the camera app; as you can take pictures while you record HD video plus a burst photo mode which allows you to pick the best picture from a series of shots. T-Mobile even added some impressive software enhancements to the package with the their Caller ID feature, Wi-Fi calling (make calls without deducting from your plans minutes; note the audible connection and call quality is spotty), and the winner app is the mobile Hotspot for allowing up to 5 devices to share the phone’s fast 4G Internet connection without paying an additional carrier tethering fee.
This phone is a definite recommend to any existing T-Mobile customer, and is worthy of a reason for anyone looming away from another carrier to make the switch. We’ll have more in our in-depth review coming soon!
