Last night at gdgt Chicago gadget event we bumped into Chris Ziegler of Engadget at HTC’s booth and there was a mention of the HTC Evo dropping June 4th, so we jokingly said… “Is that a quote?” He’d already written the announcement plus we’d received the email from Sprint conforming the fact. Today Best Buy is selling pre-orders for the Evo and no waiting on mail-in rebate crap… It’s $199.99 straight out on contract!
