Google Mobile Search Now Searches Android Apps

Now when you use Google search from your Android smartphone Android Apps appear with basic details including price, rating, publisher, plus link directly in the Android Market for download! Results only appear when your search pertains to a mobile application and relevant, well-rated apps are found. This is an excellent first step as Google prepares to launch the fully capable web version of the Market.
