As a developer, I don't know if I like the idea of just anybody creating an app. On the other hand, these apps will definately not be high quality, so it may turn out that these apps set out a lot of new great ideas that developers can then flesh out into wonderful apps. Who knows how many people are out there with amazing ideas for apps, but just wouldn't know where to begin in developing them. Well this program takes that problem off the table.
