Goal.com Mobile Android App keeps you updated on all the World Cup news and all things soccer beyond this huge event. From the “World Cup” tab scroll to the sub-tab to get to News, Live Scores, Teams, Fixture Results, Schedules in Group Stage and Knockout Stages, plus drill down to Team and Player stats. With news articles that have photos, they can be enlarged to see more details and articles can be shared via email, text message or social sharing apps already installed. There is also a favorite team filter, once team has been starred, will allow you to only see news, fixtures, schedule, etc. for that/those team(s).

Usefulness:

The app will be very useful to fans of the sport, especially those following during the World Cup games.

Interface:

Be sure to check areas in the sub-tabs to reveal a ton of other features. Most of the menus can be swiped left/right to navigate, this is not something obvious so has room for improvements.
