Samsung today announced the Galaxy S3 Mini (Galaxy S III Mini), it’s basically identical to the flagship Galaxy S3, yet classified as a powerful mid-range smartphone with 4-inch screen rather than 4.8-inch screen, 1GHz dual-core processor rather than 1.5GHz dual-core (compared to U.S. version), 5-megapixel rear-facing camera rather than 8-megapixel, yet a bump to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface rather than Android 4.0.x (Ice Cream Sandwich).
